About Us
We are husband and wife, Scott and Kerstin Armstrong, married for nearly 25 years. Together, we have sought to invest in God's church and people through church planting, pastoring, counseling, coaching, leadership assessments and leading retreats. We have three daughters--one in college and two in high school--and one seriously small dog. We love travel, reading, exercise, cooking and mixology.

Meet Our Team
Kerstin Armstrong
Kerstin is Pastor of Women at City Church-Eastside and co-founder of Cultivating Growth. She conducts individual and group counseling sessions through her "story work" approach, and hosts marriage retreats alongside her husband, Scott. When not doing the above, she can be found reading a good book (coffee in hand), finding a good local eatery or traveling with Scott.

Scott 's Biography
Scott is founding and Senior Pastor of City Church-Eastside, Atlanta, Georgia, which he has led for nearly twenty years. He is passionate about growing leaders into the people God designed them to be. When not leading the church or Cultivating Growth, he can be found traveling, cooking or exercising. Married to Kerstin for nearly 25 years, they have 3 daughters and one seriously small dog.

Certifiations
The IPSAT (Identity Profile Self-Awareness Tool) is an assessment that helps leaders navigate the intersection of self-awareness and self-leadership and is useful in better understanding how individual calling integrates into your role in an organization. I offer IPSAT debriefs that can be followed up with regular coaching as desired.

The EQI is a leadership assessment that measures your "emotional intelligence"--how you perceive yourself and the world around you and how you respond to it internally and externally. I offer assessment debriefs, Leadership 360 reports and coaching work around the results.

Scott Armstrong
Scott is founder and Senior Pastor of City Church-Eastside in Atlanta. In addition to his work there, he is, along with Kerstin, co-founder of Cultivating Growth through which he counsels, coaches, assesses leaders and leads retreats. He loves CrossFit/exercise, traveling (with his bride!), cooking and reading. His ideal place is atop a mountain, libation in hand.
